- No shows and cancellations on the day or 24 hours before will result in your card being charged in full
Late fee:
10 minutes - £10
15 minutes - £15
20-30 minutes - automatic cancellation
DEPOSIT
- There is a £10 NON-REFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE deposit
Rescheduling more than once = new deposit
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel up to 48 hours before an appointment, you will not be charged to do so
INFILLS
- You will be charged for a full set for infills that are not the required percentage to qualify for an infill
